Challenge
As in all online projects there is a huge challenge trying to present the ideas and dream of an entrepreneur and turn this into reality. Using SCRUM techniques, we broke the project into specific milestones and two week sprints, in order to move through each phrase as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Solution
The first step of the process was the “Solution Engineering” in order to understand exactly what the client is trying to achieve. Then we moved into UX / UI and design in order to build a beautiful web application but one that would also convert visitors into customers. We then moved into the Development stage using custom WordPress in order to have a robust but easily managed software.
Result
The Strategic Solutions website was launched before the deadline after a smooth website creation process. Using online analytics software, results are measured and the website is the hub for all online communication. The site delivers information, while also having e-commerce functionality allowing users to begin the process of getting permanent residency in Paraguay.
